A: Because promotional items are custom-branded, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted once production has started. If there is a defect or error with your order, we’ll work quickly to make it right.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Standard production timelines vary by product, but most orders are completed within 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Rush services may be available upon request.

Q: What are the next steps once I request information?
A: After receiving your request, our team will prepare a formal quote based on the product requested and submit it through Jaggaer. All proofs will be reviewed and approved by CWRU Branding prior to moving the order into production.

Q: Can I get a sample before placing an order?
A: Yes! Depending on the product, virtual or physical samples are available to help you feel confident in your selection.
